I was born in Seattle, WA. in December 1975. I was raised in Oregon, Washington, California, and Nevada. I chose to move to Albuquerque about 5 years ago, and have been loving New Mexico since.

I've been designing celtic knotwork since I was a kid. I enjoy the complication and problem solving of working out the intricacies of a challenging design. I prefer pencil on paper, and ink on paper for my designs, but I use photoshop sometimes. I try to create designs that are strong enough in their own right to withstand any color or medium choices, which is why I've chosen to display them in black and white. One of my inspirations is the high desert itself, it too has its color and vegetation stripped away, but still displays an intricate and infinite beauty.
